Forty Three AiC Community Members Receive Amazon Future Engineer Scholarships

The National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) Aspirations in Computing Program (AiC) is pleased to share that 43 of our AiC Community members were recently announced as 2024 Amazon Future Engineer (AFE) Scholarship recipients. Each recipient of this scholarship will receive up to $40,000 in paid tuition to attend their choice of college and study engineering or computer science. Additionally, each scholarship recipient is offered a paid internship with Amazon after their freshman year of college. Amazon awarded a total of 400 students with the AFE scholarship this year.
