Allison A.

Allison is a high school sophomore interested in pursuing a Computer Science and Mathematics degree. So far, her greatest technical accomplishment has been mentoring over 200 elementary, middle, and high school students through local robotics and math programs. Her partnership volunteering with her community Science Center allowed her to discover her passion for helping and teaching others, which inspired Allison to want to pursue a teaching career in the technology field. Allison aspires to be a professor at a university and go into a career in research. She is incredibly grateful for NCWIT's support and push for more youth, especially young women, to pursue STEM.
