Rida, a senior at Woodson High School in Fairfax, Virginia, has achieved significant milestones at her young age. One of her most remarkable accomplishments is founding a leading 501c3 non-profit, "Technology Youth Empowerment." Through this initiative, she's been actively engaged in teaching technological and STEM education to underserved students, positively impacting their educational journeys. Further demonstrating her commitment to enhancing educational opportunities, Rida served as a student school board member for Fairfax County. In this role, she has expanded computer science opportunities for youth, emphasizing the importance of technology education. Looking ahead, Rida has ambitious plans for her future. Following high school, she aims to attend a four-year university where she plans to major in computer science and public policy.
