Taylor C.

Taylor is a senior at Fordham University majoring in computer science and minoring in cybersecurity and French. She is also in the accelerated program for her MS in data science. She has been interested in computer science since high school, and winning the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing Connecticut Affiliate Award in 2021 solidified that she was on the right path. She discovered her passion for machine learning when she took her first data mining class last year. Since then, she has completed machine learning projects from predicting the outcome of Formula 1 races to detecting cyber-attacks on IoMT devices, and she presented her most recent project at the IEEE MIT Undergraduate Research Technology Conference 2024. Taylor is eager to pursue a career in machine learning or data science. Outside of school, she enjoys playing tennis, cross stitching, and dancing ballet.
