Saline K.

My name is Saline and right now I am a Senior at JH Rose High School in Greenville NC. To date one of my greatest achievements has been completing the research-intensive coastal engineering program through NCSSM and going to worlds with the Pitt Pirates FRC team. I also was able to start a new initiative in my community Pitt County this year called GRITS or Girls Really In To STEM for girls in 3rd-8th grade. As for my future job, I hope to be a biomedical engineer so that I can continue through life helping people along with using my programming and designing skills. As of now, I am hoping to attend college at VCU or NC State because they both have really good public school biomedical engineering programs.
