Anooshka P.
Anooshka is a current 12th grader at Deep Run High School's Center for Information Technology. She has been admitted to MIT, Caltech, Carnegie Mellon, and Georgia Tech's computer science programs and is currently deciding which school to attend. She specializes in quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and data science, and she is well-versed in Python, Web Development, and Java. Her interests include research, and she is currently working on publishing a paper. Anooshka has also competed in the 2023 Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), and she won a Grand Award of 3rd place in the Mathematics Category with her project. Her interests also lie in making technology education more accessible to others; she is the CEO and founder of DebuggingOut, a technology education nonprofit based in the Richmond area. Anooshka also spends her free time playing the piano and figure skating. She has been playing the piano for the past 10 years and has won national competitions. She was on Richmond Synchro, a synchronized figure skating team, that has won several competitions across the Eastern United States. Anooshka plans to study computer science and specialize in artificial intelligence in college.
