Andra, a young app and website developer, takes pride in her creations: her website ProjectConnectForum.com, which is a social forum for like-minded students to connect and work on projects, and her app SunScan, which provides real-time UV index data, personalized advice, and sunscreen reminders. She is also the founder of her nonprofit Solace for Outdoor Workers, collecting sunscreen donations and raising awareness to provide outdoor workers with sun safety due to their higher risk of skin cancer and high sun exposure. As a first-generation student, her unique drive motivates her to make a difference in healthcare by learning from what data communicates to her. She is an aspiring data science major with a minor in public health to find solutions to real world issues.
