The Department of Computer Science at Tennessee Tech University hosted the Middle and East Tennessee Aspirations in Computing Awards Ceremony on April 6th, 2024. Award recipients were selected for their aptitude and interest in IT and computing, solid leadership ability, good academic history, and plans for post-secondary education. Attendees enjoyed an assortment of engaging activities and were treated to advice from near-peer speakers.

2025 NCWIT Aspirations Award Ceremony for the Middle and East Tennessee Affiliate

Location: Ashraf Islam Engineering Building, Tennessee Technological University - Cookeville, TN
Ceremony Tentative Agenda:
- Check-in
- Fun activities (e.g. Bedazzle your debugging duck)
- Awards ceremony with invited speakers (full lunch provided)
- Optional tour of new engineering building

Each qualified awardee receives a medal, certificate, and a variety of swag. National winners and honorable mention receive a trophy.
