CREATE at UC San Diego is honored to hold the role as the San Diego Affiliate for the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing (AiC) Award Program. Recipients will be selected for their aptitude and interest in technology and computing, solid leadership ability, good academic history, and plans for post-secondary education. We encourage women, queer, gender non-conforming/non-binary students in grades 9th-121th to apply.

The NCWIT AiC program is an amazing opportunity for 9th-12th grade women, genderqueer, or non-binary students who are interested in the computing fields! The Award for Aspirations in Computing recognizes students' computing-related interests and achievements, and prizes include certificates/trophies, scholarship and internship opportunities, membership to the AiC community, and NCWIT swag/resources. The application is open from September 1st, 2022 - October 20th, 2022.
